About Dylan

At Kimbrey Kinetics, we are passionate about helping each client move well, live pain free and reach their full potential. Led by Dylan Kimbrey, a sports enthusiast, we offer comprehensive solutions to alleviate pain, improve muscle imbalances and enhance athletic performance. 

Drawing from extensive coaching experience and completing an Honours degree in Sports Science at UWC, he has gained a deep understanding of the human body and its potential for improvement. Having personally faced numerous sports injuries, Dylan pursued an all-round approach to treatment, combining Sports Science knowledge with specialized training in massage therapy (sports/deep tissue & trigger point), Scenar therapy, and Myosteopractic therapy.

With a background in various competitive sports and sports coaching, he has an understanding on the challenges that athletes face.  Over the past few years he has been working as a mobile sports/deep tissue massage therapist. This has allowed him to assist athletes in addressing sport related injuries and also supporting in the recovery massage stations at some major endurance events such as Wines2whales, African X trails & Val De Vie mountain bike events. 

His expertise extend beyond injury rehabilitation and improved athletic performance.  He works with private clients addressing issues such as poor posture, acute/chronic pain, and muscle maintenance for individuals of all ages and occupations. 

The treatment plan revolves around treating the root cause of pain and injuries rather than just managing symptoms. He believes in educating clients by providing  them with personalized techniques, exercises, and stretches to support their long-term well-being.
